Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail within 3 days of being placed unless otherwise stated. Shipping is priced according to weight- to check how much exactly it will come to please go through the check out, you will be shown how much the total is before payment is processed.

Approximate Shipping Times:

UK — 1-2 days
Europe — 3-5 days
USA & Canada – 5-7 days

Tracked shipping is highly recommended, especially for orders placed outside of the UK. OPC will not accept responsibility for lost orders but please do check local post/sorting offices as this is most likely where your parcel will end up should you not receive it.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are not accepted. Exchanges can be discussed, please reply to your receipt of purchase to organise.
